    Called to complain about a driver and they told me that I had to call 911. Told him that it wasn't an emergency just wanted to report it. But he said that I had to still call 911 and wasn't going to check the situation for me. I told him that I had a license plate number and that the guy parked at a bar. He still refused to help. As someone who works in law enforcement this was the worst department I have ever worked with. The whole department is unprofessional and don't want to work. Departments like this give other departments a bad name. Figure it out Morrison County. Please have someone call me if you would like to discuss this manner.
